What ITS provides the CDL Professional
- Home Sleep Testing (HST) - $225 (This includes a Board Certified Sleep Physician's Interpretation.)
- Positive Airway Pressure Therapy - PAP devices have a wide range of pricing depending on the type of therapy needed.
- Masks for PAP therapy - $70 - $150
- Card Downloads - $15
- HST and PAP Equipment require a signed and dated prescription.
